Believe in vol. I

Believe in vol. I

We love a good story. Stories.

So what better way to launch our collection than with one?

This collection is inspired by my childhood. Waking up with a plushy tucked under my arm, birds chirping outside like they had somewhere better to be, and my cat Tuckin trying to play catch with my toes. “Ouch!” I shouted. “It really hurts, Tuckin!” He blinked at me like, Really? Again? Naughty little thing. But I loved him anyway.

Childhood was running through fields, chasing friends, climbing the tallest tree (well, it felt tall, gravity has its own sense of humor). Talking about dreams with my childhood friend, I believed anything was possible.

Ahhh… dreams.

A naive child with big dreams, little did she know, life would get hectic. Somewhere along the way, she might forget them.

She dreamed of being a writer because she loved reading. Maybe she forgot. Maybe she didn’t believe she could. How could she? She was just a small-town girl.

Now, having moved to the cities and explored more, I wonder, maybe I can rediscover that dream. That small-town girl with a big imagination is still in there.

That’s why we created this collection. Not just a product, but a story. A backstory to inspire you, and us.

To believe in our dreams again.
To believe in our childhood dreams again.
To believe in ourselves.
To believe even before we fully believe in ourselves.

Believe in small wins. Believe in small steps.
Believe even if you fail, as long as you show up anyway.

This is the first chapter. Not loud. Not perfect. Belief doesn’t have to be dramatic. Sometimes it’s tiny. Sometimes it’s a cardigan you reach for on an ordinary day, and somehow, it makes you feel one per cent braver.

Sometimes, maybe it’s Cheriebuné peeking from the corner of your shelf, or Wittle Shy hiding in your bag, or maybe Little Ginx hanging on your everyday bag, reminding you: small things can be magical too.

This collection is for those tiny, ordinary moments. The ones that add up, quietly, like the background hum of your favourite song.

Because belief isn’t always a spotlight, it’s a flicker. And sometimes, that flicker is all you need to start dreaming again.

Love,
Joenna
