About Pink on Weekend
Founded in 2016 by Joenna and her co-founder, Alvin, Pink on Weekend is a Malaysia-based multidisciplinary design brand created to bridge the gap between raw emotional expression and clean, structural design. What began as simple sketches on sticky notes has grown into a distinctive creative studio dedicated to turning human insecurities and personal stories into functional, everyday icons.
Our Journey

2016 (The Beginning): Our design process started with simple sticky notes, using them as blueprints to capture initial ideas and emotional artifacts.

2024–2026 (Physical Expansion): We expanded from concepts on paper into high-integrity physical products, launching signature pieces like the Bostontine Bag along with custom character designs.
Design Philosophy: Loud Minimal
We operate within a "Loud Minimal" aesthetic, creating pieces that reject mass-standardization in favor of individualized self-expression.
