  • ZONE B (SG, AU, HK, KR, TW, BN, NZ, MO, VN, ID): Orders > S$100.
  • INTERNATIONAL (US, CA, UK, EU): Orders > US$200.

  • ZONE 1 (SG): S$9.50 (Ninja Van Door-to-Door).

International specimens may be subject to duties and taxes as determined by your local customs authority. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient.

Our silhouettes are "Undefined": engineered to be roomy and adaptive. No refunds or exchanges are issued for sizing preference. Consult the measurement chart before initializing checkout.
CHANGE_OF_MIND

The Lab does not accept returns or issue refunds for change of mind. Ensure your selection is verified before final uplink.

Every unit is handled with surgical care before departure. If a shipment goes sideways, we remain available for tactical support.
